Bloody Girls

We are Aida and Elena, The “Bloody Girls”, passionate about horror and fantasy cinema and working in the industry. Bloody Girls is a cultural project where we analyze and explain female representation in genre films and its relation with other artistic mediums and feminist movements. We create content for our social media profiles (Twitter, Instagram) and in whatever spaces and formats they let us (talks, seminars, we used to write for Canino, we recommend films in Tardeo, Radio Primavera Sound).

Steven Bratter

Steven Bratter has had over 30 years experience in the industry working with some of the biggest names in show business, including Sylvester Stallone, Sandra Bullock & Wesley Snipes in “Demolition Man”. Steven’s other films include “Instant Karma”, “Motorama” with Drew Barrymore, and “Seven and a Match” starring Heather Donahue from “Blair Witch Project”. In 2012, Steven was invited by the University of Copenhagen to teach a post-grad masterclass in Screenwriting and Media Studies. Since then, Steven has been a visiting lecturer at universities around the world, including the University of Málaga. He has been occasionally joined by legendary producers such as Gary Kurtz (American Graffiti, Star Wars, The Empire Strikes Back, Dark Crystal) and actors such as Richard Dreyfuss (“Jaws”, “Goodbye Girl”, “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”).
